Note that:

1. You have to use the MSM version 2.91.05 for LSI. Do not use the IBM version 8.16
2. You have to configure your ESXi as a fully qualify domain name, and edit your Windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file to map the local ip if needed. Otherwise MSM will not be able to find your ESXi server
